In times of change, struggle or breakdowns, use the Winding knot ring as a reminder to ask yourself "Why is this happening FOR me?", instead of "TO me".
A lot of people find it hard to stay positive during tough times. Sometimes it can seem like life is a winding road with its twists and turns. You have to slow down, go off course, and find new ways of going forward.
But when you look at the big picture, it's these very things that create something beautiful. They cultivate your unique strengths, skills and perspective, which you wouldn't have had it not been for the contrasting experience you went through.
💡 Wear as a reminder that things always get better
