Returns & Refunds Policy

Because many of our products are made to order, we ask that you review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in original condition

  • returned in original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back.

Approved returns should be sent to:

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Most Genius Loci products are produced specifically for your order.

For this reason:

  • Made-to-order and custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you have questions about whether an item is considered made-to-order, please contact us before purchasing.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • defective

  • damaged in transit

  • or incorrect

contact us within 7 days of delivery at alfadom369@gmail.com, and we will make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for return, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Complete the approved return

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • made-to-order or custom products

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • hazardous or regulated materials

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • processing time is up to 10 business days

  • banks and card providers may require additional time to post the refund
